Strategic Sales Skills is a coaching and consulting group, with a focus on sales organization development.

Our mission is simple – to help sales groups become more successful. Our ultimate goal is to drive the changes needed to deliver results that exceed expectations, consistently. This often requires a complete transformation of sales skills, intellectual mindset and selling behaviors – both when interacting with the customer as well as dealing internally. Our training is tailored to our client’s needs. While the skills we teach can be applied immediately, all of our programs are followed-up by long term coaching to reinforce the new skills - until the new level of performance is achieved and to insure that the  behavior changes are indeed permanent and comfortable.

Michael Wolf founded Strategic Sales Skills in January 2009 following a 35 year career in sales and marketing of high technology products, mainly in the semiconductor industry. During the last 20 years, he held Vice President Worldwide Sales positions in three different companies. Michael lived and worked in Grenoble, France for the last 5 years as SVP Sales for Soitec SA, the world’s leading manufacturer of SOI wafers, used for high performance and low power applications. During this period, Soitec more than quadrupled its revenues to nearly $500M. Prior to this, he was VP Worldwide Sales at Kulicke & Soffa, a leading supplier of assembly and packaging solutions for the semiconductor industry. In his 9 years there, the sales force grew from 25 to more than 150 and revenues rose from $100M to more than $1B, partly through organic growth and partly through M&A activity. Michael has led both small and large sales organizations, and has developed the skills to coach his clients through both his technical (BSEE/MSEE) and business (MBA) education, and his extensive personal experiences “in the trenches” and as a sales team leader.
